About this Role

Working in our main school office you will come into daily contact with our parents and staff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner. 

We are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated and successful school.

You will play an active role in delivering efficient, effective administrative support, and you will come into contact with our parents and staff so you will possess excellent communication skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner.

This is a fixed term position available for 1 year initially, You will be working part-time role, 15 hours per week, on a term time only basis.

About the role

As Administrative Assistant you will:

  • Have experience of working in a busy office.
  • Have excellent personal, administrative, and organisational skills.
  • Be able to plan and prioritise own workload, meeting set deadlines.
  • Have the ability to maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Generate excellent relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
