We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated
Community Liaison Officer to join our team at Peareswood Primary School. This
is a unique opportunity to work closely with families, local community, and
external agencies to support the welfare and development of our children.
In this role, you will be responsible for
establishing and fostering strong relationships with parents, carers, and the
wider community, ensuring that the school is a welcoming and supportive
environment for all. You will take the lead on attendance and punctuality
initiatives, collaborating with school staff and external partners to promote
positive outcomes for pupils.
A key aspect of the role involves developing the
Hub provision in partnership with the senior leadership team, ensuring that
wrap-around care and support services are available to children and their
families. Working closely with the school's inclusion team, safeguarding
officers, and other agencies, you will ensure that the individual needs of
students are fully supported. Regular communication with parents and staff
regarding pupil attendance and wellbeing will also form an essential part of
your role.
