Kingstone & Thruxton Primary School is seeking a wonderful class teacher, who is highly effective in the planning, teaching and evaluation of exciting learning opportunities. The Class Teacher will join a supportive and successful team, committed to excellence, inclusion and high expectations for all. The position is available from either 28th April or 1st September 2025, dependant on availability. Please indicate this in your application. It is fixed term until 31st August 2026.
The successful applicant will be joining
a school that strives for excellent standards and aims to produce confident,

You will be a self-motivated
classroom practitioner with excellent professional standards, able to inspire
our children and to raise aspirations and achievement through high quality
learning experiences. Able to
demonstrate a variety of behaviour management strategies and teaching and
learning styles, you will be well organised, and have high expectations of
achievement. The successful candidate
will have a good understanding and knowledge of either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage
2, and the creativity and determination to drive the school forward and the
ability to work effectively, flexibly, and collaboratively with other staff
members, families and the wider community.
