About this Role

Are you organised, motivated and looking to start a rewarding career? Do you enjoy working with people and want to make a real difference in a busy school environment?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Apprentice to support our Leadership and Pastoral teams. This is an exciting opportunity to develop valuable business administration skills while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will play an important role in supporting key school processes, including student admissions, suspensions and wider pastoral administration. Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll receive on-the-job training, gain recognised qualifications and develop the confidence to take on increasing levels of responsibility.

In return, we will offer you:

  • A supportive induction programme
  • Happy, motivated children to teach
  • A happy and caring community
  • A Healthy Work-Life Balance and a committed Leadership Team
  • Care First employee assistance programme
  • Private health care cover by Benenden
  • Two-week half term in October
  • Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme
  • Cycle to work scheme
