About this Role
The successful candidate will
deliver high-quality individual and small-group piano tuition to students
across a range of year groups and abilities, from beginners through to those
preparing for GCSE and A Level performance assessment as well as Grade 8 and
Diploma. We currently foresee 5 hours (1 day) of tuition being required from
September 2026 although this is expected to grow.
What
you’ll do
•
Deliver engaging,
well-structured piano lessons tailored to each student’s age and ability
•
Support students preparing
for graded examinations (ABRSM or Trinity), exam recitals and public
performances
•
Contribute positively to
the musical life of the College, including supporting concerts and whole-school
events
•
Maintain open communication
with the Head of Music and, where appropriate, with students’ families
•
Schedule lessons on a
rotating timetable so that no student misses the same curriculum lesson each
week
