We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Curriculum Leader for Design & Technology who is committed to leading, promoting and delivering the highest standards of teaching, learning and outcomes across all key stages. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results and will demonstrate a commitment to instigating and developing innovative approaches to Design & Technology, inspiring all students to reach their full potential. We are looking for a colleague who:
Can inspire and lead Design & Technology at all levels
Has a natural ability to connect with and motivate young people
Possesses the vision and drive to advance school improvement
Excels in interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining collaboration and motivation across our school community
Embraces a holistic view of education, promoting all aspects of a young person’s development
