We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Curriculum Leader for Design & Technology who is committed to leading, promoting and delivering the highest standards of teaching, learning and outcomes across all key stages. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results and will demonstrate a commitment to instigating and developing innovative approaches to Design & Technology, inspiring all students to reach their full potential. We are looking for a colleague who:

  • Can inspire and lead Design & Technology at all levels

  • Has a natural ability to connect with and motivate young people

  • Possesses the vision and drive to advance school improvement

  • Excels in interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining collaboration and motivation across our school community
