School Operations Manager
Permanent - Full Time
Salary M1 (£42,839 - £47,181 FTE dependent upon experience and hours)

We are looking for an experienced support staff professional to work alongside the Senior Leadership Team to assist the Headteacher and the Trust’s Director of Estates & Operations in the smooth running of the St Albans Girls’ School (STAGS) site and premises. This will include the procurement of services and facility management, oversight of all school operations, and attend when applicable, whole school events taking place outside of normal working days and hours.
The role requires a genuine commitment to ensuring the school’s premises meet the highest of standards. You must be able to lead a team and be able to work effectively under pressure.
