The post involves working closely with the Heads of Year and student support team, with a specific focus on supporting the pastoral needs of disadvantaged and vulnerable learners across years 7-11. The successful applicant will have excellent organisation and interpersonal skills and a relentless commitment to providing the highest quality of pastoral care for our students. The ability to build positive and effective working relationships with parents/carers and staff including tutors, teachers, Academic Leaders and the Learning Support team will be essential.
