About this Role

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Administrator to manage all aspects of the HR process and procedure for Malmesbury School staff. This is a permanent, 30 hours a week role in term time (but part time or flexible hours will be considered with the possibility of cross-trust additional hours). We are looking for:

 Relevant experience in HR preferably in the education sector.

·         High level organisational and administrative skills.

·         Competency with Word, Outlook, Excel and other MS software.

·         Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

 The Athelstan Trust is a successful and growing Multi-Academy Trust consisting of six secondary schools and four primary schools in Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire. We currently employ over 600 people and educate 4,100 pupils and plan to expand further over the coming years.
