About the Role
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership of the school, providing effective leadership and management of Specialist Provision and Inclusion, including SEND. The postholder will lead the development of a specialist provision based within Hessle High School, alongside overseeing inclusion across the school.
Central to the role is driving improved outcomes for vulnerable learners, including students with SEND, through the design and implementation of a high-quality, robust, and responsive curriculum. About You
We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and experienced leader who is an effective team player and committed to securing excellence for all students. As a key member of the Leadership Team, the Assistant Headteacher will actively champion and uphold the vision and values of the School and The Consortium Academy Trust, contributing to continuous school improvement and outstanding outcomes for every student. You will have a proven track record of leading a team at middle leader level or above and evidence of raising standards and outcomes, particularly for vulnerable students.
