We are seeking a Premises Manager to lead our exceptional site team who are responsible for ensuring that the school is safe, efficient and provides a positive learning environment for our students, staff and visitors. You will take responsibility for the operational management of the school’s premises and facilities. This is a practical leadership role where you will work alongside the facilities team, undertaking maintenance and repairs while coordinating day-to-day site operations.
As the Premises Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the school premises to a high standard of safety, security, cleanliness, and tidiness. You will manage health and safety compliance and liaise with external contractors to ensure that our school facilities meet statutory obligations. This is a vital role that requires a diligent individual who takes pride in their work and is passionate about making a difference in our school community.
A recognised facilities, health and safety or building maintenance qualification would be advantageous, along with experience of compliance management within an education or similar environment. The successful candidate will be a proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
