About this Role
Are you an organised, proactive and detail-oriented administrator with a passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the effective delivery of our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision.
As SEN Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a wide range of SEND administration processes, including statutory requirements, Annual Reviews, student records, Learning Support Assistant (LSA) deployment timetabling and liaison with parents and external agencies. This is a varied and rewarding role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing high-quality administrative and
secretarial support to the SENDCo and SEN team.
·
Coordinating Annual Reviews and maintaining
statutory SEND documentation.
·
Preparing and distributing correspondence,
reports and meeting documentation.
·
Managing communication with parents, carers and
external professionals.
·
Maintaining accurate student records, EHCP
documentation and SEND support plans.
·
Updating and managing the SEN Register using
Bromcom.
·
Coordinating external agency appointments and
tracking associated actions.
·
Supporting transition arrangements for students
moving from Year 6 into Year 7.
·
Producing reports and collating data using
Bromcom.
·
Maintaining secure student records in accordance
with GDPR requirements.
·
Coordinating Learning Support Assistant
deployment timetables.
· Monitoring departmental resources, stock and stationery.
