About the role
We are seeking a Singing Teacher with an enthusiastic personality and experience to inspire students of all abilities through a variety of genres. We are looking for someone who is passionate about singing and vocal health with friendly and approachable mannerism who is able to teach students aged 11-18 across a range of singing styles. The candidate will be responsible for creating lesson timetables, contacting parents where necessary and preparing students for exams such as GCSE/ A-Level recordings and graded exams.
We are
looking for someone who:

Is approachable and amenable to the diverse learning styles
presented in teaching.

Is punctual, organised and a good communicator.
·
Ability to work with parents and caers and include them in their
childs progress.
·
Has experience in singing and vocal health.
· Is self employed.
The candidate
must be self employed and responsible for their own public liability and
professional indemnity insurance.
All staff are expected to know what to do if they have concerns about a child, take on the responsibility for providing a safe environment and promoting children’s welfare, undertake regular safeguarding and child protection training and, familiarise themselves with KCSIE part 1 and local policies and procedures as directed by the trust/academy.
