Sir John Lawes is an innovative and
highly successful school (rated Ofsted Outstanding). We
are seeking a well-qualified, engaging and dynamic German teacher to join our
successful Modern Foreign Language department made up of enthusiastic
specialist teachers. Examination results at both GCSE and A Level are very
strong and the progress that our students make in GCSE German is significantly
above the national average. You will be an excellent classroom practitioner and
passionate about your subject. You will be required to teach the full age and
ability range.
We

success and so we place great emphasis on CPD and support for staff at all
levels. Sir John Lawes has been a National Support School since 2009 and we
also benefit from the many opportunities for collaborative work that come from
our membership of Scholars’ Education Trust. ECTs are welcome to apply

programme.
