Salary: Range 4 point 21-25 (Actual salary £27,105 - £29,098 per annum)

Location: Wendover, Buckinghamshire (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty)


Are you a passionate, experienced educator ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) & Key Worker Lead to join our dedicated team.

In this pivotal role, you will plan, deliver, and monitor high-quality Functional Skills lessons and targeted interventions, ensuring all students make excellent progress. You will act as a dedicated Key Worker for a designated group of students, offer classroom assistance to teaching staff, and provide essential exam access support.

Additionally, you will step into a leadership capacity by providing line management and guidance to an allocation of Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Key Workers, ensuring robust, high-quality support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and English as an Additional Language (EAL).
