About this Role

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Manager (Assessment) to join the team at Thamesmead School, a vibrant and inclusive secondary school with a strong commitment to student success and continuous improvement.

This is a key role within the school, leading the management, analysis and reporting of student assessment data to support high-quality decision-making across the school. The successful candidate will contribute directly to school improvement through insightful data analysis, management of assessment cycles, baseline assessments, statutory returns and reporting for senior leaders and governors.

This role is ideal for someone with strong data skills, excellent attention to detail and an interest in working in education, who enjoys transforming data into meaningful insight and making a real difference to students’ outcomes within a supportive and forward-thinking school community.
