Salary: H4 Point 9 £18,029 (FTE £31,156)

We are seeking a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Administrative and Careers Assistant to join our vibrant and busy school office. This role provides essential and high-quality administrative support to the Deputy Headteacher and Educational Visits Coordinator, while also contributing to our growing Careers (CEIAG) provision.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has strong administrative experience, ideally within a school or education setting.
• Can work flexibly and manage competing priorities, often to tight deadlines.
• Can demonstrate excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is highly competent in ICT, with confidence using a range of software and systems.
• Shows initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Has an interest in supporting young people with their future education and career choices.
• Is adaptable and willing to develop new skills; training for the Careers element of the role will be provided.
Experience of working in a secondary school environment is desirable but not essential. This role is well suited to someone who is passionate about supporting young people and contributing to a positive and professional school culture.
