We are seeking a highly
organised, proactive and resilient Attendance Officer to join our
busy attendance team. This is a key role within the school, focused
on improving student attendance and making a real difference to outcomes for
our young people.
As Attendance Officer will play a vital part in
strengthening our systems, supporting families, and driving sustained
improvement across the school. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring daily
attendance, carrying out first day calling, completing home
visits, and working closely with students, families and colleagues to
remove barriers to education.
This is a fast paced, high-volume role that
requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to
stay calm and professional under pressure. If you are motivated by improving
