We are
looking to appoint an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join our school
team and play a key role in supporting student wellbeing. You will work as part
of a dedicated group who provide positive, proactive supervision during breaks
and lunchtimes, helping to ensure that every student has a safe and enjoyable
experience throughout the school day. The
successful candidate will be expected to foster good behaviour and to encourage
student engagement in active lunchtime activities as well as ensuring student
safety and wellbeing.
Alongside
this, you will support at the school gate each morning as students arrive,
offering a warm welcome and helping to maintain a calm, orderly start to the
day. The role also includes assisting with the day‑to‑day
running of the school’s 1:1 device programme. Between Break 2 and Lunch 1,
additional tasks such as putting up displays or supporting the welfare
team—will form part of your varied daily responsibilities.
