We are looking for a strong professional to join our
experienced Data and Exams team. The successful candidate will manage and
maintain whole academy management information systems to ensure that a
comprehensive and cohesive support service is provided to the academy.
This role would suit an enthusiastic professional who is
looking to join a team of like-minded individuals to play a key role
within the academy to:
- effectively
lead on data analysis, tracking and reporting systems through our school
management information system;
- support
our whole school raising achievement agenda;
- line
manage the data and exams team.
This
is a key role within the academy, requiring a proactive, organised and highly
accurate individual who can work independently, use initiative and remain calm
in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Flexibility, professionalism and a
commitment to ongoing development are essential.
In
this role, you will work collaboratively with staff across the academy to
maintain and synchronise data within the MIS and associated systems, ensuring
accuracy and consistency.
This
is a central role in supporting examinations, ensuring all processes and
procedures are effectively managed to deliver the best possible student
experience. The postholder will also support the senior leader responsible for timetable
and curriculum in setting up, maintaining and updating the academy timetable
throughout the year.
