About this Role

We are seeking to recruit an inspiring and committed Student Manager to join our pastoral team. The Student Manager will work collaboratively with students, families, staff, and external agencies to promote positive outcomes, ensuring every young person feels supported, safe, and able to achieve their full potential.

The post holder will play a key role in promoting student welfare, attendance, behaviour, and safeguarding across the Academy. They will build positive relationships with students, coordinate and deliver targeted pastoral interventions, monitor and respond to concerns, and work closely with colleagues and external professionals to remove barriers to learning. The Student Manager will contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment where high expectations, wellbeing, and student success are at the heart of everything we do.
