About this Role

About this Role:

As a member of King Alfred’s Academy Extended Leadership Team (ELT), the postholder will provide strategic leadership across all business, operational and support functions of the Academy. Working closely with the Cambrian Learning Trust Central Teams, including Finance, Operations and Human Resources, the role will ensure the effective management of resources and the delivery of high-quality operational services that support the Academy’s strategic priorities.

The postholder will have overall responsibility for the leadership and management of site and premises, health and safety, operational systems, statutory compliance, financial management and resource planning, ensuring that the Academy operates efficiently, effectively and in full compliance with relevant legislation and Trust policies.
