About this Role

We are seeking a reliable and organised Reprographics Assistant to manage the day-to-day running of our busy reprographics facility. The successful candidate will provide high-quality printing and finishing services while supporting staff with photocopying and print-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate the Reprographics Facility
  • Organise, schedule, and prioritise print requests effectively
  • Produce print jobs accurately and within agreed timescales
  • Provide finishing services including laminating and binding
  • Maintain copier and printer paper levels
  • Deliver first-line support for printers and copiers, including clearing paper jams
  • Report faults and technical issues to service providers
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of paper, toner, and reprographics supplies
  • Distribute completed print jobs to staff and departments
  • Manage and maintain the reprographics email account
  • Advise staff on printing processes and best practices
  • Support staff with photocopying and general reprographics queries
