You will join a highly supportive and collaborative faculty and benefit from a rich programme of professional development tailored to your career stage. Opportunities include dedicated ECT support where appropriate, in-school training, external middle leadership pathways, online learning platforms, Trust-wide development through the Yorkshire Causeway Schools Trust, and access to the Leeds for Learning partnership. You will have the opportunity to teach motivated students in a school that invests in its staff and celebrates both academic success and personal growth.
