St Aidan’s C of E High School is seeking to
appoint an enthusiastic, well‑qualified and
inspiring Teacher of Technology and Art to join our successful Art and
Technology Faculty September 2026, or sooner if this is possible.
We are looking for a colleague with strong
subject knowledge, a genuine passion for Technology and Art, and a drive to
inspire young people. The ideal candidate will be innovative in their approach
to teaching and curriculum development, committed to raising achievement, and
dedicated to promoting high expectations for all students. You will be a strong
communicator, a positive team‑player, and someone
who contributes actively to both departmental and whole‑school
culture.
This post is
particularly suitable for candidates with a specialism in textiles or Art,
though we are a large, adaptable faculty and welcome applicants from all
Technology and Art backgrounds. The ability to teach a second subject,
and to offer teaching up to advanced level would be advantageous
