To meet the requirements of the role, the essential qualities include someone who enjoys a good rapport with students as well as the desire to help them learn and succeed. You will need to be able to demonstrate you have experience of working with students at key stage 3 & 4 and the confidence to provide bespoke learning material to suit the different needs of the students. An integral part of the role is to plan and deliver some of the lessons over the course of the week. You will need to be resilient and adaptable to cater for the varying demands of the classroom,
Benefits of working at Priestlands include:
The post is for a total of 26 hours per week, 8.30am - 3.30pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (includes a 30 minute unpaid daily break). You will receive your salary in 12 equal payments.
