Situated on the coast in Lymington between the New Forest and the Solent, we are recognised for our excellent induction programme and support.  Newly qualified and early career teachers are encouraged to submit an application, as well as experienced candidates.  We will ensure the successful candidate has:

  • ·         Comprehensive induction including a dedicated mentor
  • ·         Continuous professional learning, development and improvement
  • ·         The opportunity to contribute to raising standards for all our students

Benefits of working at Priestlands  include:

  • ·         An open professional culture and learning community
  • ·         Professional development opportunities for all staff
  • ·         Strong parental support for teachers
  • ·         Opportunities to contribute to our wide ranging and popular extra-curricular and inter-House programmes of activities
  • ·         Two week autumn half term (no reduction in other holidays)
  • ·         Free on-site car park
  • ·         Friendly and sociable colleagues
  • ·         Enrolment in and generous contribution to the TPS pension scheme
  • ·         Eligible for reduced rate membership at Freedom leisure centres
  • ·         Free and confidential Employee Assistance programme offering advice on a range of areas including well-being, housing and financial matters
  • ·         Free eye sight test every 2 years
  • ·         Free annual flu vaccination
  • ·        Affordable on-site canteen

If you are ambitious, committed and enthusiastic and can help us in our drive towards excellence, then we would like to hear from you.  If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We look forward to receiving your application as soon as possible as we may invite candidates to interview before the closing date.  We reserve the right to close a vacancy earlier than the advertised date if we receive applications that meet the criteria. Once a vacancy has closed, we are unable to consider further applications, so please submit your application as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
