We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Support Manager to join our year 7 team as soon as possible, term time only. The successful candidate will have experience of working with students, and have tried and tested methods to enable them to succeed, especially in times of difficulty - this is when the students will need you most. Working closely with the Head of Year, wider pastoral team, parents and at times, outside agencies, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be methodical in your approach to record keeping and have the ability to stay calm under pressure, regardless of the circumstances.

The post is for a total of 29.5 hours per week, 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and 8.30am - 4.00pm on Friday (to include a 30 minute unpaid break per day). You will receive your salary in 12 equal payments. The post is for 38 working weeks per year (term time only), but you will be paid for 43.60 weeks of the year to include holiday pay.
