Hours:  37 hours a week - term time plus two weeks

Salary: Scale point 7-11 depending on experience

We are seeking a dynamic, organised administrator to join our Sixth Form Team. The Sixth Form Administrator role will involve daily monitoring of Sixth Form attendance and punctuality, student and parental support, working with form tutors and teachers to support our students, and maintaining student records. You will assist the Head of Sixth Form with the organisation of events such as Open Evenings and Induction Days, educational trips and visits, the UCAS process, and with applications and interviews for Sixth Form. The role also includes supporting the administration of external examinations, including exam access arrangements and maintaining candidate records. The role requires multi-tasking in a busy school Sixth Form environment, fulfilling a key part in ensuring our students are safe, supported and ready to learn.  Please see attached Job Description and Person Specification.
