About this Role

As the Attendance Improvement Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of attendance. This includes implementing first day response procedures, communicating with parents/carers daily, maintaining accurate attendance registers on our information management system, and making necessary referrals to the local authority. Additionally, you will provide support for the school’s admissions processes, coordinating entries for new students joining at various points throughout the year.

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with school systems or databases
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operating first day response procedures for student attendance
2. Contacting parents/carers daily to address attendance issues
3. Ensuring accurate attendance records are maintained in the school's system
4. Making referrals to the local authority when necessary
5. Providing administrative support for school admissions processes
