Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Abbey Grange CofE Academy 

Nature of Contract 

Permanent, term time only, 38 weeks per year plus 5 days (39 weeks)

FTE Salary 

SO1, SCP 23 - 25, £34,434 to £36,363 per annum, pro rata 

Actual Salary 

£26,129 - £27,593 based on 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Working Hours 

Part time, 32.5 per week 

 

We are looking for a dedicated individual who can:

  • Provide comprehensive support for neurodivergent pupils, facilitate access to learning and be able to identify and mitigate barriers for pupils
  • Plan and deliver evidence-based interventions competently as part of the graduated approach
  • Support the SENCO with maintaining contact with parents or carers, 3rd parties or external agencies where appropriate

        You will be:
