Are you an enthusiastic and passionate Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages with a strong track record of delivering excellent outcomes? Ousedale School – Newport Pagnell is seeking an experienced MFL teacher, preferably with the ability to teach Spanish and French, to join our successful and supportive school community. We are looking for a committed professional who can deliver high‑quality teaching and inspire a love of languages in our students.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor pupil progress, provide feedback, and inform future planning.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing updates on progress, achievements and any concerns.
  • Maintain strong behaviour management using school policies, routines and consistent expectations.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe, supported and motivated to succeed.

Pay range:

M1 - M6: £32,916 - £45,351

Full Time, Permanent

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Degree or equivalent qualification relevant to Secondary Education.
  • Ability to deliver high‑quality, engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Confident classroom management skills, maintaining high expectations for behaviour and progress.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
