Receptionist
Hours: 37 hours per week,
term time plus INSET days, plus one week in the summer holidays
Payscale: H4 £26,717 - £27,982 (£23,467 - £24,579 pro-rata approx)

We are seeking to appoint a receptionist to join our team and
be a welcoming face of our school, providing an exceptional front-of-house
service to students, staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will be adaptable,
able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, and thrive in a busy,
people-centred role, remaining calm and efficient under pressure.

Verulam School is a high achieving boys’
school with a mixed Sixth Form, which forms part of the highly successful
BeauSandVer consortium. As a school, our

results and achieved an above average Progress 8 score of +0.36 in 2023 for the
whole school. It was judged to be a Good school in all categories by
Ofsted in May 2024.
Verulam School is a member of

of ten schools in Hertfordshire; three primary, one nursery and infants’, one
