About the Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our land‑based
learning team as an Agricultural/Equine and Animal Care Tutor, delivering
engaging and practical vocational programmes within our thriving rural school
community. You will promote our courses, build strong employer partnerships to
secure high‑quality work placements, and support students through both
practical and written assessments, regular reviews, and personalised guidance.
A key part of the role involves maintaining robust safeguarding and health
& safety standards, completing risk assessments, and ensuring all placement
checks are carried out effectively. You’ll also keep accurate records, stay up
to date with industry developments, and actively engage in CPD to ensure our
curriculum remains current and impactful. Your enthusiasm, organisation, and
ability to build positive relationships will help learners grow in confidence
and succeed.

We believe in the power of education to transform lives and are proud of our strong sense of community, our commitment to inclusion, and our culture of high expectations. As part of Tapestry Learning Partnership, you’ll benefit from:
• A supportive network of like-minded professionals who share a clear vision and values.
• High-quality, ongoing professional development for you and your team.
• A passionate, committed wider team focused on:
• Achieving the highest academic outcomes for all pupils.
• Driving social change through education.
• Providing exceptional pastoral care and enrichment opportunities.
• Bespoke support from the Trust’s central team, tailored to your school’s needs.
• Access to a range of employee benefits designed to promote health and wellbeing.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact in a school that is excited about its future.
