About this Role

As an Safeguarding and Inclusion Manager you will work as a key member of the safeguarding team within our school.  You will liaise with students, their families and other agencies to manage safe and inclusive practice across the school.

About You

The successful candidate will have experience of successfully managing challenging behaviours and improving outcomes for students from a pastoral perspective.  Candidates will also have GSCE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths and will be able to drive the success of the new unit.
