About this Role

Term-time only + 2 training days.  Monday – Friday 7am-10am and 2pm-5pm.

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Minibus Driver to join our team supporting the safe and timely transport of students to and from school. This is an important role within our organisation, ensuring our learners travel in comfort and safety while representing the school with professionalism and care. A full clean driving licence is required.

To be a good fit for this role, you will be:

  • Reliable and punctual – ensuring students are transported safely and on time each day.
  • Alert and safety‑focused – demonstrating excellent road awareness and safe driving skills.
  • A confident communicator – able to interact calmly and professionally with students, staff and parents.
  • Patient and caring – helping to maintain a positive and calm atmosphere for all students on board.
