We are looking to appoint a talented, imaginative and enthusiastic Assistant Subject Lead of PE to contribute to the development of high quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. You will be an ambitious practitioner with a passion for Physical Education and a commitment to promoting excellence teamwork and healthy lifestyles. Alongside your teaching role you will support the Subject Lead in driving curriculum development and improving outcomes for students across the department.

The successful candidate will have the ability to excite and inspire young people and help build a strong sense of community where success is valued and achievable for everyone. You will play an active role in raising standards through curriculum planning assessment enrichment opportunities and collaborative working with colleagues.   • An inspiring and enthusiastic teacher of PE, with the ability to motivate pupils of all abilities and foster a love of sport physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
  • Ambitious and committed to excellence, demonstrating high expectations for teaching learning and student outcomes across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
  • A supportive and collaborative leader, able to work closely with the Subject Lead to contribute to curriculum development raise standards and support colleagues within the department.
  • Inclusive and community focused, promoting teamwork respect and participation while ensuring success through PE is achievable for everyone.
