We are seeking a Teaching Assistant  to focus on SEND / SEMH to join our team! At Rossett School, our ethos is rooted in inclusion and opportunity for all. About You

To be a good fit for this role, you will be:

• Adaptable and flexible and ready to support different classes, subjects, and respond to changing need
• Confident in curriculum knowledge, understanding learning goals and how to support them effectively
• Able to use your initiative and work independently, leading groups, and taking responsibility when needed
• Empathetic and supportive, capable of understanding pupil needs, managing behaviour positively and building strong relationships
• Able to establish constructive relationships with students and interact with them according to individual needs
