About this Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed candidate to join our  outstanding team of LSAs and HLTAs in the SEN department.   The applicant will be responsible to undertake work, care or support programmes to individual students in need of Speech and Language therapy, or to work with groups, 

You will need a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, ability to work as part of a team, flexibility and a desire to make a difference.  Experience with working with young people as a carer or youth worker is desirable.

This role plays a crucial part in our inclusive school. The role will also include a proactive role in liaising with parents/carers, social workers and other relevant key professionals to promote progress academically, emotionally and socially.
