About this Role
We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant (32.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 days - 39 weeks) to join Rainham Mark Grammar School. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting our students’ learning and wellbeing. This permanent role focuses on helping students develop academically and personally by understanding their individual learning needs and adapting support accordingly. You will work collaboratively with teachers and students to foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every learner is encouraged to achieve their full potential.
