Elmlea Infant and Junior Schools are seeking to appoint an Infant School Deputy Headteacher to join our senior leadership team from September 2025.
Deputy Headteacher
We are looking for a candidate who:
Supports the vision and values of our schools and is passionate about the teaching and learning of all children
Is an experienced senior leader and can demonstrate impact in this role
Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with very high expectations of behaviour, attitudes and achievement
Has the proven ability to lead and inspire staff successfully demonstrating excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Has the ability to contribute, manage and lead the development of a clear strategy and vision to raise attainment for all our pupils
Is experienced and skilled in interpreting data to inform planning, target setting and monitoring
Has the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with the headteacher, staff, governors and parents and understands the importance of a strong home/school partnership
