We are recruiting for
an experienced, proactive and organised Admissions & Administration Officer to join our dedicated team of support.
The Role
This role works with our main office team. It has prime responsibility for school admissions and supports general administration.
Hours of work
38 weeks a year (inclusive of non-teaching
days designated for professional duties) plus 8 additional days. This
will include 4 days to be worked at the end of the summer holidays and one
Saturday morning for the sports scholarship assessment.
24 hours per week Tuesday to Friday. Working hours are 8am to 2.20pm (which includes a
20minutes unpaid break)
The successful candidate will
- Have experience of
school admissions, preferably in a secondary school
- Be friendly,
approachable and efficient
- Have strong IT skills,
including Microsoft Office and school systems such as Arbor
Our School
Carshalton High School for Girls, a member of the
Girl’s Learning Trust, is a high achieving school in the suburbs of south
London. Confirmed as “Good” by Ofsted in
January 2023, we achieved our best exam results to date in Summer 2025.
