About this Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Curriculum Support team as a Cover Supervisor.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who thrives in a busy and friendly environment. We will provide training for the role.

Hours of work
During term time to work:

  • Start time: 8am
  • Finish time: 3.45pm Monday to Thursday and 3.30pm on Friday
  • Breaks: 30 minute unpaid break during the day, timing will vary depending on the cover timetable for the day.

The successful candidate will:

  • Want to work with young people
  • Be confident with classroom and behaviour management
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be IT literate
  • Be reliable and organised

Our School

Carshalton High School for Girls, a member of the Girl’s Learning Trust, is a high achieving school in the suburbs of south London. Confirmed as “Good” by Ofsted in January 2023, we achieved our best exam results to date in Summer 2025.
