The opportunity:
We
are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our
busy school office and support the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
Working under the direction of the Headteacher’s PA, the successful candidate
will provide a wide range of administrative support, including maintaining records,
supporting school systems such as Arbor, responding to enquiries from families
and the wider community, and assisting the Senior Leadership Team with
administrative tasks.
The
role also includes supporting key school processes such as student admissions,
preparing information packs and materials for events and induction days, and
providing reception cover when required. This is a varied and rewarding
opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and
wants to contribute to creating a welcoming, well-organised school for
students, staff and visitors.
