The opportunity:
We
are seeking a compassionate and experienced professional to support the
emotional wellbeing of vulnerable students within our school community. This
role involves providing one-to-one counselling and targeted support for
students experiencing emotional difficulties, while working closely with Heads
of Year, the pastoral team, parents and external agencies to ensure students
receive the appropriate care and guidance.
Alongside
direct student support, the successful candidate will play a key role in
promoting wellbeing across the wider school community. This includes supporting
and supervising staff who work with students in emotional distress, developing
and overseeing a team of student Wellbeing Mentors, and contributing to group
interventions and wellbeing initiatives.
This
