The opportunity:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled
Specialist to support neurodivergent teenagers, including those with autism,
ADHD and learning differences. The role involves providing personalised
support, facilitating social and life skills development, and working closely
with families, educators and other professionals to help young people thrive
socially, academically and emotionally.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by empowering teenagers to build confidence, independence and the skills they need for adulthood.
This
role is directly linked to EHCP funding and is therefore offered on a
fixed-term contract for one term in the first instance.

The successful candidate will:
The successful candidate will have a strong interest in supporting neurodivergent young people and a commitment to inclusive, strengths-based practice. They will ideally hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, Counselling, or a related field, and have at least two years’ experience working directly with neurodivergent children or teenagers. A solid understanding of neurodiversity, including autism spectrum conditions and ADHD, is essential.
