2. In your view, what are the key characteristics of a high-performing organisational culture and, in the context of this role, how would you contribute to fostering such a culture at NHGS?
3. This part of your application is very important and will be used to decide if you meet the criteria to be shortlisted for interview. Refer to the information supplied in the job description and tell us how your skills and experience match. Use examples where possible and provide the situation or task, your actions(s) and the results. If you are applying for your first job, provide examples of other relevant experience that will help us decide your suitability e.g. gained through training, education, the community.
