About this Role

Position: Midday Supervisor

Salary: £15.00 per hour

Tenure: Casual

Hours of Work: Up to 5 hours per week, 12 noon to 1.00pm Monday to Friday - term time only

Main Purpose of the Role:

• To supervise the conduct of students during the lunch period in a designated area of the school as directed by the Personnel Officer.

• To deal with any incidents which may arise and report any significant events to the relevant person (Year Group Leader, Designated Safeguarding Lead etc.).

• To ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all students during this period.

Key Responsibilities:

• To contribute to the overall ethos and aims of the Academy.

• To attend meetings and training exercises as directed by your Line Manager.

• To work as part of a team and support the role of other people within the team.

• To act as a role model and being aware of and responding appropriately to individual needs.

• To be aware of and comply with policies relating to child protection, health and safety, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to a nominated person.
