We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SENDCO to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the learning journey of pupils aged 4–11, ensuring they have access to a broad, balanced and inclusive curriculum.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the identification of SEND needs and coordinating appropriate interventions.
• Monitoring and evaluating the impact of support strategies across the school.
• Supporting staff with curriculum development and inclusive teaching practices.
• Liaising with parents, external agencies, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
• Managing assessment, reporting, and performance tracking for SEND pupils.
• Contributing to the wider life of the school, including staff development and strategic planning.

• A qualified teacher with experience or a strong interest in SEND provision.
• A compassionate and proactive professional who can inspire and support others.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A team player who is committed to inclusive education and continuous improvement.

The Bishop Creighton Academy, part of the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT), is located in Peterborough.
