Primary sector. We are building a thriving community of schools that succeed on
behalf of their children. The Family of Academies within the Trust currently incorporates
three hubs; St Neots, Fenland and Royston.
Further benefits include:
- A collaborative approach to working alongside inspirational colleagues across our mini-hub of 3 schools;
- A close-knit, caring and supportive staff team within each school that are truly committed to improving the life chances of all our children;
- Opportunities to work/train with other academies within the Trust, sharing best practice and resources to support workload;
- Teacher Pension Scheme and the benefits of our Employee Assistance Programme;
- Ongoing professional development tailored to the needs of individuals, as well as whole school priorities.
